[LATEST] SPR HAS PROCEEDED WITH THE 2ND DISPLAY ON 8TH MARCH, 2017
In an unprecedented move, SPR has proceeded with the re-delineation process despite the fact it has not carried out the local enquiry for Selangor. It is our believe that SPR has violated Article 113(6) of the Federal Constitution that states “There shall be separate reviews under Clause (2) for the States of Malaya and for each of the States of Sabah and Sarawak..”. The States of Malaya is a single unit of review and Selangor cannot be excluded from the process after it has been included in the 1st Display.
Nonetheless, it is imperative that affected voters should engage SPR in this exercise as not doing so would allow SPR to have a walkover and hasten the completion of the whole re-delineation process.
We urge all citizens to gather 100 or more affected voters in their Parliamentary constituency (PAR) to submit as many objections as possible to their state SPR office before 7th April, 2017. You can download the Borang Bantahan for your collection HERE.
As in the 1st display, DART is preparing the Surat Bantahan for all PAR affected in this 2nd Display. We aim to release it by 22nd March, 2017.
[UPDATED] NOW EVERYONE CAN OBJECT TO MALAPPORTIONMENT & GERRYMANDERING

These Surat Bantahan contains constitutionally-compliant grounds for objection, prepared by legal experts and data analysts. We aim to have these Surat Bantahan ready by the 22nd March, 2017. In the meantime, these are the PAR affected by the 2nd display and where objections should be made. [CLICK]
DART has prepared briefing notes, PDF slides and videos to help those who are called to attend the local inquiry to hear their objections to the delineation proposal by EC.
