We have now prepared the video version of DDOS for those who are invited to attend the local inquiry after the first public display of EC’s redelineation proposals.

This video introduces you to the delineation(delimitation) process according to Part 2 of the 13th Schedule of the Malaysian Federal Constitution.

2) Episode 2 – How to Object Constitutionally – https://youtu.be/M7lhV_I8whA
This video talks about what constitute a valid objection according to Part 1 of the 13th Schedule of the Federal Constitution where it lists out principles for delineation that are intended to eliminate malapportionment and gerrymandering.

3) Episode 3 – Rules Set By EC For The Local Inquiry – https://youtu.be/jo324KzytC4
This video lists out all the rules set by the Election Commission for spokespersons invited to attend the local inquiry. Sec.6 of the 13th Schedule states that the Election Commission shall have all the powers conferred on Commissioners by the Commissions of Enquiry Act 1950 but not all the rules listed are from this Act.
